  Type a reg and we fill in the vehicle and its MOT due date from DVSA data. Branded email reminders go out at 4 weeks and 1 week, then chase when overdue.

• One-tap rebooking

  Every reminder links to a page where the customer asks for a slot. It lands in your diary as a request, with nothing to type.

• Quotes and invoices

  Build a quote, send it, and let the customer accept online. Turn it into a job and an invoice, with PDFs and VAT shown.

• Diary and online booking

  Day and week views, a double-booking warning and a calendar feed. Customers book against your real opening hours and bays.

• Digital health check

  Record a red, amber, green check with photos. The customer approves the work they want and it becomes a quote.

• Customer portal

  No passwords. A magic link opens their vehicles, history, quotes, invoices and next due dates.

• Card payments

  Take card payments through your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you and we take no fee.

What we do not do

• HMRC filing: we show VAT on invoices but you file with HMRC-recognised software.
• Supplier ordering and labour-time data such as Autodata.
• A native phone app: GarageFree is a web app you can install.
